“it is an adequate instrument for this function, However, the lack of customer service is a big negative. You say you can remove/replace and clean certain items but there are no instructions on how. A YouTube channel, or similar, showing how would be ideal. Personally, your price point for this item could be lower.”

“I have followed the instructions, watched YouTube videos and still cannot get this thing to work. All the lights work so it isn’t a battery issue. I never see actual smoke produced. I went to a local head shop and bought a cheap pen vaporizer and it works great. Can I return this or can you tell me the problem?”

“I used it successfully twice and then the lights would flash indicating that it was heating to the desired temperature, then all the lights flash twice and it shuts off. Absolutely no heat. Service department totally unresponsive! Warranty? You must be kidding.”

“I unfortunately could not get this device to heat up at all. It has a very sleek design but I watched a lot of videos and still could not get any vapor. If it is my error than this device is not very user friendly. If it is a faulty device and everyone else has no issues than ignore this one review.”
