“The thing doesn't work and your customer service doesn't work either. Your instruction booklet is no help. I think the problem is the battery won't charge- I had it plugged in for days. Many comments said this and that if you buy a proper battery charger it will work eventually. in fact- more than half of the online comments I read said the device either doesn't work or only works intermittently. I wish I had taken the advice and not bought the thing at all. Your e-mail customer service wanted me to make a video of my device not working. I should make a video of the battery not charging? Returning the thing means a trip to the post office, and I pay shipping and insurance. I didn't hear from your warrany people till well after I gave up. Do you want to send me a prepaid return label and take it back with a full refund? Or we can forget about it- I'll chalk it up to experience.”

“This is the second Davinci Miqro I own, there is nothing wrong with the first one I was just stupid and left it at my daughter's place in another state. I am a Military Veteran whom has been diagnosed with TBI from a grenade that exploded to close. I use your Miqro to get my headaches under control with specific temps. Thank you BTW for your wonderful product.”

“Wish it held more flower, I feel like I’m refilling it too often. Battery life isn’t great, I have to charge it multiple times a day. IQ2 is better, take the splurge.”

“I like it however it gets too hot to hold. Unfortunately the sleeve design is cute it doesn't protect your hands from the heat. If I want to use it multiple times. I found that wearing a heat proof glove helps. However that brings attention to something in ur hand. One of the selling points is the size for discretion. My recommendation is to create some type of sleeve/glove to protect our hands.”
