“The Backpack Pro ended up being everything I needed. i've had the backpack pro for about 6 months and its been a pleasure to have. The water bottle pocket was a genius idea. I have been able to put in my wet water bottle into the pocket without a single drop getting to all my notebooks and gear in the main pocket. The small organization pockets on the top, side and front of the backpack allow me to distibute all of my daily items when I spent a full day on campus or at work with ease. Everything feels like its made with quality in mind. I just hope the bottom of the backpack doesn't start to sag over time.”

“an excellent backpack for many reasons - it's spacious, it's sleek, it's comfortable to wear for long periods, you can easily stick pins to the outside to customize it, while the internal water bottle pocket can't hold a full liter-size nalgene it can hold a 750mL bottle easily, it has lots of pockets and it is very sturdy for daily use. however i am writing this review because i am impressed that this backpack is at least somewhat idiotproof. my water bottle fell on its side in the main pocket and the unsecured lid opened, and the entire bottle leaked out into the main pocket. the laptop pocket (with my laptop in it) stayed bone dry, despite sitting with 750mL of water in the main pocket for several minutes which was soaking through the bottom of the bag and also onto me, the idiot in question. the bag dried out slowly but very well too. was i lucky? is the pocket waterproof? is the pocket just designed well so it won't get wet if you drop a huge amount of water next to or under it? unclear, but i am impressed either way.
you will not regret this purchase, especially if you have an unfortunate habit of forgetting to close your water bottle all the way before you put it in your bag. but also maybe make sure you pack your main pocket carefully if you store a water bottle in it, since tall items sometimes tip over if you don't pack other tall items next to them. still 5 stars. learn from my mistakes!”
