“I am really pleased with the backpack, but have 2 main issues with it! First of all, I ordered the leaf green color, and it is not the same color in person as it is in the pictures online. In person it is brighter, similar to a crayola marker green rather than a pretty jade/leaf green. Also, the material scratches way too easily. I swiped my fingernail across the bag lightly and there's a permanent scratch now! Overall, the backpack itself is very nice (size, features, comfort) but I'm not as excited and impressed as I thought I would be.”
