“Great pen. One of my favorite pens as a gift. I have purchased numerous pens as gifts for friends and family.I use this pen often. The one problem I have is when and when I pick up the pen, the top becomes loose and falls. Sometimes, the writing part of the pen will fall. I make a point to tighten the top on the pen and it seems to work for a while. I had to develop a new habit to make sure the top is tight prior to handling the pen.With my first several pens, I became impatient and frustrated and held the pen in one hand while slamming the pen like a knife hitting the top (cap) to render it very tight. After so many times, I notice ink leaking. That was not a good strategy. I returned the pen to cross and they promptly replaced the pend for me.If you purchase this pen, and your experience is similar to my experience, you simply must develop a new habit to constantly tighten the top when you are ready to use your pen. I would purchase another pen as a gift however, to spare the percipient the frustration I had.”

The delivery didn't happen on the estimated date and I was sent a second item via FedEx in only hours after I first email them with the problem, and I received it only 2 days after. Bravo!As for the item, I read some negative reviews but I don't understand them. The pen arrived in a very elegant black box. The engraving was really well done, not flashy at all. Exactly what I was expecting, and what is shown in the pictures. The pen is writing beautifully. The cartridge is replaceable and come as medium thickness. As this pen is not for me, I won't change it, but obviously there is possibility to change the thickness of the pen.I am totally happy with this item, and this seller too.”
“I've had this particular pen for years. It's a very nice pen, and my wife has long admired it. I was very pleased to see that they still make this. Years of regular use and a couple of refills down the road, it looks like it did in the box.For my wife's Birthday, our son gave her this with her name engraved on it. It's beautifully done and she loves it.She is so happy with it, I feel like I should say something more glowing. I'm old and picky, I collect pens and watches, this is my favorite pen and the engraving is a really nice job.”
