“I was diappointed that I ordered the pen pictured above (white) but instead had a black one mailed out to me. This is upsetting because I ordered two pens in two colors but instead ended up with two of the same. I am not sure why this was done and if there was an explanation, I am yet to receive it. This took away from my excitement, as well as my father-in-law's who is the recipient of both pens on his 70th birthday.”
“The only problem I have with this pen is the cap... it doesn't stay on well. You have to "jamb" it on pretty well for it to stay. Otherwise it will come loose and fly off when your moving the pen around. I've had 2 of these pens. Same thing- both pens. If one of the rating questions was, "Made Well", I would only give it 1 star because of this.”
