“Cherries and sarsaparilla as advertised. Not too deep or complex but oh so moreish. The colour is rich and very sexy. Pair this with roast chicken, or any sort or leek or fennel dish. A chicken and mushroom pie would be amazing as would anything Spanish of course. Underrated.”
