“Golden in colour. I’m not sure how long this spends on skins but I’d say a good amount of time. Good as in whatever they have done, it’s working. Lovely structure. Fun but serious. Fino sherry, yellow apple, some tropical fruit and a touch of honey and ginger. This is my type of skinsy white.”
