“Trying to be trendy, but doesn’t work. It’s thin, metallic, a touch sour…a bit sherry like. Difficult to pair with food and difficult to drink on its own. Spanish food might work given its sherry backbone. I wouldn’t recommend this wine unless you like slate dry and metallic type finishes.”
