“I first tried this at a small wine bar in Southern Tasmania and was blown away by how drinkable it was. The slightly orange colour wasn't at all what I was expecting from the crisp dry finish, which is a perfect match for fish, chicken, risottos ... all the things. I've enjoyed it in warm weather as well as cool climates and it's a really reliable white to have on hand. I couldn't find it anywhere else to buy but at the Different Drop.”
