“We thought we would give this a try after listening to your You Tube video, swallowed our historical prejudice of cask wine and took the plunge. What a wonderful surprise a great dry white, with enough going on to keep it interesting, a perfect wine to grab at the end of a hard day. For the price point, really good value, can't wait for the next batch to land.”
