“This wine surprised me. To my uneducated palate its colour and front end seemed (to me) suggest a higher than usual proportion of pinot noir. But what do I know. Fabulous, thick mousse and vry fine bead. Very soft, round finish. I have had mush more expensive champagnes but this beats them all.”
