“I ordered a half dozen pet nat bottles for a friend in Melbourne. The delivery went astray but once I found out Different Drop arranged for a replacement order to be despatched the following day. Can't fault their attention to their customers, and my friend's reaction to the wine selection was very positive, so 5 stars it has to be.
As it turned out, the delivery went to entirely the wrong suburb [correct house number but wrong street and suburb], Fortunately they were nice and eventually dropped it around. So my friends got a double helping, which balances out the inconvenience involved.”
