“I'm quite disappointed. The hook for jar lids doesn't even fit the Bonne Maman jam jar. It's too short. The hook for pulling rings works not at all. And, yes, I did see the videos. I've not tried the can opener yet, but based on the previous experience, I don't expect much from it.”

“I like the side action on the Dopener; getting it situated and locked on the can is a little harder than I thought it would be. I was unable to use the Dopener to open a pull tab. The hook was too small to "grab" the tab on the can I needed to open. So I have to go back to my old faithful tab puller.”

“Useless! Does not work on any size can. I wish I had read the reviews first before spending $ on this product. Now I have to deal with sending it back and hopefully recouping my money.”

“This is the product that triggered my order of about a dozen items. But, disappointed that the device would not grip any of the 4 cans I tried. The problem seems to be in the round "cap" on the gripper not having a large enough radius for a secure grip. Nor is the neck under the cap long enough to securely grip the can edge. Please let me know when the device is improved.”
