“Nocutu does an excelllent job- when I can get it to work.. This does not happen very often. I have difficulty manouvering the white, rippled plastic hand-protector. When I can get it work (rarely) it does an excellent job very quickly.”

Hi Elizabeth, Thanks for your feedback. Did you watch the Product Video available via the QR card on the packaging. We find that people find it hard to use mainly because they are holding the guard upside down. The thicker ends used to clip the guard back onto the Nocutu are supposed to face away from the surface of the Mandoline. We have seen many people online on social media using it the incorrect way. The guard will easily slide down the tracks inside the Mandoline if used correctly. We hope this helps?

“Fabulous Product! For such a compact devise it exceeded all expectations! I was able to finely shred a large cabbage in next to no time. It cut evenly and easily. I felt safe using the product and there was no chance of cut fingers in the process!”

“Too narrow, too dull to cut anything and the grip pad is too stiff to hold anything serious. But good effort. Back to the drawing board on this one, I'm afraid. But 1 bad out of 20 utensils I've bought is not a bad number at all.”

Hi Charles, Thanks for your feedback. Someone in Customer Service will reach out to you about the Nocutu. It would seem that you may have received a dull one, as we rarely, if ever, get complaints on how sharp it is. Cheers
