Dr Golly’s course has been life changing. We approached sleep and general day to day care of our baby with confidence. At 11 weeks old she was sleeping through the night and we feel confident in tackling the upcoming four month sleep “progression”! Can’t rate this highly enough.

The sleep bundle is an excellent tool that has helped to boost my confidence and helped me to introduce changes to support my daughter as she grows each day. It's easy to read and understand and most importantly - the advice is excellent! Especially regarding naps and how long they should be - it helps a lot!

Love Dr Gollys gentle approach backed by research. The only thing I would recommend is to put subtitles on the videos for us mums watching while feeding at 2am and don’t want sound to wake the baby! Also short gif demonstrations of certain things would be amazing, e.g. burping etc - otherwise the content is amazing! Have referred all my friends

The Sleep Bundle Deal from Dr. Golly’s program has been a fantastic investment for our family. It offers comprehensive support for new parents, and each module provides clear, concise guidance that’s easy to follow even in the busy early weeks with a newborn. We are looking forward to learning more to best support our journey as parents over the next few years.

The program has been incredibly insightful, educational and supportive as we settle into life with a little one. My only wish would be is that I purchased it sooner as it’s been such a game changer for myself, husband and newborn! Thanks Dr Golly!

Absolute game changer and much more then focussed on sleep, gives a holistic view into all things that impact sleep. First time mumma and now feel so prepared and at ease about the first 4 weeks and beyond.

This is affordable compared to other sleep programs and has really helped us. It’s great to be able to go back through the chapters and re-read the information. The course is also easy to understand and follow. I love that it’s by a paediatrician and follows Australian guidelines, so you know it’s all safe. Our baby’s naps have gone from 35mins to 1 or 2hrs and night sleep has improved so much too! It’s amazing.
