“So I have had two boys who have both been low sleeps needs babies. They have both had reflux and other issues that have caused extra wakes. I came across this sleep program when I had my second and it helped enormously when my son was a baby! He would not self settle at all- and after a few days to a week of following this program he learnt to self settle! Ofcourse every baby is different and some things I switched up a little but the burping method helped tremendously as I believe this was a big reason he was waking so much from trapped air. Highly recommend for all the parents out there- you will definitely learn some new tricks even if you already have kids!”

“Found the information on introducing solids very useful, had originally been waiting until 6 months, but after doing this program we introduced them at 5 months and following days we went back to no nighttime wake ups. Lots of handy tips, we haven’t used a singular technique, but found the information handy to help improve what we’re doing to get sleeping back on track”
