Hi Brooke - thanks so much for taking the time to review - glad you enjoy the practical tips...I had 3 unsettled babies who didn't love sleep so I learnt on the job! Dr Golly

Dr Golly has been a life saver. My son started waking 3-4 times a night at nearly 4 months old. I purchased the Dr Golly sleep program for 4-6 month olds. With in 1 week my baby was sleeping from 7pm - 6am. Would have a feed at 6am and then would go back to sleep until 7am. This has been an absolute life saver for our family. Super easy to follow, and not to mention you get so many informative things on top of the sleep program. I could not recommend Dr Golly more. Do yourself a favour and get the program, you will not regret it.

Really happy with the program so far! We are in the midst of rough day naps and it has given me many options on how to help during these times as well as knowing what support can be given outside of ‘sleep’ to assist in better ‘night night’ time (for example giving protein at lunch time and utilising the pram for 1st and 3rd naps and making sure the lunch time nap is our big sleep for the day!) happy with the program so far and hoping to gain much for out of it than I already have!

Love the videos and written content. Much more than just a sleep schedule. Gives more context on the why. Still working on our sleep schedule but I much prefer this to others as it work with our 2 older kids with the earlier put down and wake. Also works well with school drop off and pick up.

Overall the advice in this program I’ve found very helpful & my baby has generally responded to the sleep times etc proposed well! The only thing I would say is that having only one example “routine” as a FTM can be a bit daunting as if the sleep times don’t align with the set routine, it can add some anxiety. So perhaps just more information on how to be flexible would be great to add a bit of relief.

Hello there - we'd love to help out with this one. Send a note to hello@drgolly.com and we'll follow up on the specific sleep times or awake times that have caused concerns & we'll look into what we can add to the course that could help. Anxiety is the last thing I want for any parents. In general for flexibility when you're out and about this blog may be helpful https://drgolly.com/baby-naps-on-the-go/
