“I believe this is a very good multi vitamin BUT the tablets are huge and I have nearly choaked on them on several occasions. They also smell very strongly of Brewer's yeast which some people may not like.”
“I found these pills enormous to swallow and I’m quite good at swallowing pills. Then I found that they repeated for several hours with quite an unpleasant taste. They also smell pretty unpleasant before you start. They also turned my urine bright yellow and so there is too much of one of the B vitamins. I threw the rest of the packet away.”
