“I don’t know whether me taking a low dose of HRT didn’t agree with MenoFriend but unfortunately I experienced lack of sleep due an over active mind and had very weird dreams! As soon as I stopped taking MenoFriend my sleep was better. Shame as I was hoping it would benefit me.”
