“I thought that these capsules were a bit large at first,( probs just me!) but washed down with a big glass of water, they are fine, especially as I know they are helping me! They are full of plant based goodness that I wouldn't be getting otherwise. I am 57 and not overtly bothered by menopause except a little heart flutter every now and then and a bit of bloatedness.
