“I needed to find a source of omega 3 that doesn't contain omega 6 as I have to radically reduce omega 6 (no more than 4 grams a day) to control inflammation. This product contains sunflower oil which has omega 6 in it, but there is no indication of HOW MUCH omega 6 it contains so I can't accurately calculate my daily intake. Disappointing lack of information.”

Hi Debra, thank you for your feedback. Currently our Vegan Omega 3 DHA contains high oleic sunflower oil, which is a sunflower oil that contains very little omega 6. In the near future we will remove this ingredient from the recipe. Our new [Omega 3 EPA + DHA](https://www.ekopura.com/en/product/omega-3-algae-oil-dha-epa/) already doesn't contain any sunflower oil. So that could be a good option for you if you want to be 100% sure. I hope this helps. Lars from Ekopura
