“I used to have very intense menstrual cramps on the first day of my cycle, together with many PMS symptoms in the second half of my cycle. The pills are quite large but I don’t mind. After 3 months of taking these, I have no more menstrual pain - I repeat: no more menstrual pain. Completely pain free periods. Next to that, I have no more PMS symptoms. It is incredible, this has fundamentally changed my cycles and therefore my life. I cannot recommend this supplement enough to all women!”

“prima kwaliteit prijs verhouding. vindt ze wel écht te groot en krijg ze bijna niet weg. geprobreerd ze te halveren maar die smaak is niet te doen. stap daarom nu toch over op iets anders. ekopura, mochten jullie ze kleiner maken stap ik zeker weer terug!”

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. The tablets are this size to make sure to reach the daily recommended amount of magnesium. If we would make the tablets smaller the amount of magnesium would be lower. What you can do is break the tablets in half or in smaller pieces before taking them. I hope this helps.
