Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback. The tablets are this size to make sure to reach the daily recommended amount of magnesium. If we would make the tablets smaller the amount of magnesium would be lower. What you can do is break the tablets in half or in smaller pieces before taking them. I hope this helps. “Magnesium helps me a lot. Love that it is vegan and natural. The tablets are very big. That is the only thing I dont like. Everthing els is perfect.”
