“The warehouse do not pack this product carefully. We did not accept the first delivery as the box was open and the delivery drivers were attempting to bring bit by bit into the driveway from their lorry, so we had no idea if everything was present! There was damage and the aluminium was scratched. Second delivery eventually came - again box was open. Bits damaged and a rubber seal broken. We accepted it in as we were so fed up - bent the damaged bits back into shape and purchased more rubber seal. This is not for the fainthearted! I consider myself a good Diy'er. It has taken absolutely ages to put together - there are so many parts and different screws. The instructions in part are very confusing. Now it is up,some of the finishing bits do not fit and the doors do not marry up. I have emailed for help but the advice given has not helped - one of which mentioned sorting out the wheels on the door (of which it has none!). We just hope that it stands up to the wind and rain as the plastic sheets are really flimsy. If we had known this from the start we would never have purchased it. Looks fab in the advertising pictures but buyer beware! I should have read more reviews!”
“Packaging was not great- one of the boxes broke open with delivery people scooping in the parts upon delivery. Product was scratched on the frames unclear if this was factory / transit damage.
Put aside many hours to construct- finished product looks good. Tall step ladder required to open roof windows”
