“Archway structure: Very poor quality fabrication, with numerous dimensional errors, necessitating correction to improve alignment. Particularly bad with the posts, and as for the adequacy of the side panel mesh strip fixings, well woeful indeed.
In addition, some components were not sufficiently straight, leading to fixing difficulties.
Not what I expected for the money paid. A product I would be unlikely to recommend!”

“The arch arrived without the screws or instructions. I contacted them and the missing stuff was eventually sent on.
I found the instructions online and always have a supply of screws so I was able to build it before the package came.
The arch support was the same width as the screw that is supposed to go through it into the lattice. Accordingly I would either have had to find a longer screw or what I actually did was create a recess hole to sink the screw below the surface. Without that the screw wouldn't have come out the other side. The design is not great.
In addition one of the supports was quite badly warped.
There are no ground spikes supplied so you will need to buy these separately, so factor that into the price.
It all eventually went together and looks okay but it was a real faff to do and involved buying extra bits.
It's okay but I wouldn't rush to buy another.”
