I’ve already reviewed this product and cannot stress how inferior it is. I’ve been in direct contact with Shire to clarify the myriad inadequacies with their manufacturing process as well as the lack of QC with fabrication. Definitely NOT a product I would be prepared to recommend at all. As for Shire’s attitude towards the experience of the customer, whilst courteous in all contacts, they refused point blank to offer any sort of refund. Not acceptable to me in any way.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the building did not meet your expectations and that you remain dissatisfied following your discussions with the manufacturer. We appreciate that this has been a frustrating experience for you. As your concerns related primarily to the manufacture and specification of the product, these were investigated directly by the manufacturer, who reviewed the issues raised and responded accordingly. Whilst we understand that the outcome was not the one you had hoped for, we appreciate the time you took to engage with the process and provide detailed feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to achieve a resolution that met your expectations, and thank you for sharing your experience. Kind Regards, elbec Garden Buildings.

Arbour is lovely. Easy to assemble and solid. Perfect for a small garden and two people to use.

I managed to erect the sides easily and even manages to join the 2 sides by myself (It would be far easier with 2 people) however when it came to the roof there were problems. It simply wasn't square and I ended up with half inch gaps in the roof. I had to fill the gaps and waterproof the roof with mastic before the arbour could be used. This wasn't what I expected. Now that I have fi.led the holes I am happy with the arbour but don't think k I should have to spend extra money and time making it usable.
