the shed arrived late in the day so my carpenter wasnt here to inspect but he came to build it 2 days later... 3 windows broken window frames too big had to cut down every one... open knot holes x 11... floor very flimsy will have to be reinforced..there was a split in the shid when a nail had gone through slat. . and 2 days after finishing it in 34 degrees of sunshine it rained and the back wall was soaking.. and the side wall had warped to the point i could put my fingers between slats. YES...Ive complained THREE TIMES and they sent me 3 more plastic windows but every part has to be photographed and part number added and tape measued its exhaisting... my carpenter is £150 a day and because of having to mess around trying to make things fit cost me extra,,,, now there is a problem with water and open slats and they suggested i take it all apart and put in new bits they send... omg 2 more days work as roof and felt is on and attached again... this is turning out to be a very expensive and not very well made shed... i just hope that after my last lot of photos and rant that they give me some kind of compensation so i can pay my carpenter 40 yrs time served... to fix there problems..... would I buy of them again NO.. i spent 3 hours waiting on phone or answer and call back never happened takes them days to get back to you.... wish I had never bought the thing more trouble and cost tan its worth.. and now soaking wet so cant store anything in it. THEY HAVE HAD 25 PHOTOS FROM ME
