One of the panels was made with the boards out of line. The manufacturer said that it was within their manufacturing tolerance. However, the panels were so out of line that once constructed it was very visible. It felt like the manufacturer tired was trying to ‘fob us off’.

The worst poor quality bad desine building. Pannels did not match or line up. Pannels were splitt and cracked, they were warped. The window would never be closed with a watertight seal, gaps all round. It had to be bonded in due to the ridiculous desine. The roof was not fit for purpose and did not have sufficient support. The wind will have made it move and rip the felt, I had to totaly fit a different roof. The door handles are a gate latch and will not hold the doors shut tight, they rattle and let the rain in. Due to very poor qualirt of the wood used for the panels and the fact that are constructed in 2 panels that are screwed to gether makes the building insecure, when it was all constructed per the instructions, I could move it with a light push with my hand. After reading the pages of complaints on Trustpilot it was obvious that getting replacement parts were just going to be the same poor quality rubbish, so pointless. If I requested a full refund I wiolud have to take the building down, then the refund conditions make it risky. The refund policy states: The building must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. If not the refund will be less if it is not in a resaleable condition. So, once it had been erected then taken down, thats a full refund out the window. So you would end up with less money and no building. My advice is just do not buy a building made by Shire.
