“I hate to put a bad review as the company is very good and having seen other products that are quality I was so disappointed with our purchase. First of all when it arrived I thought that it would take 2 people to carry each panel , I cannot lift heavy objects due to a bad back but could easily carry 2 of these at a time as they were so light and therefore nowhere near as good quality as expected. The hubby described it as balsa wood. All the pieces were there and undamaged all good and whilst I also did not expect a “kit” form of building it took us just over half a day to put it together having to use over 100 screws (hopefully this gives some idea of the scale). Once together though , the roof did not fit and overhung the panels so much that it could not be attached to the sides (please note they promptly got 2 new panels sent out to us ) the panels when they met top and bottom did not match on the height of the panelling at the bottom. The plastic windows did not fit as all the plastic panels were at lease 0.5cm to 1.5cm bigger than any of the holes they should fit in. Now I know the plastic could be cut down but this again was something I was not expecting to have to do. The base wood pieces were warped and the panels were not square all in all this has been such a disappointing product compared to Elbecs normal standards.”
