“Brilliant charger, easy to fit and use - app is really good, Control schedules, link to your energy tariff etc Really user friendly and looks smart. Only downside is the holster, feels a bit loose when you put handle in so I wrap the rubber cover around cable incase it falls out! Other than that, perfect!”

However... A warning for anyone thinking of using this with HIVE Ecosystem - I bought this for its compatibility with HIVE and the financial benefits of power+..
My discovery after purchase is that it's not compatible with HIVE POWER+, even though all the research and literature on it on the internet says it is, and when you speak with experts on the matter.
And I am having that conversation now with Hive around why.
SO if you are buying this product for that, the "SW" prefix for this charger (then its ID) - which is only found in the box, to be compatible with HIVE needs to be SWI or SWH - you will not find this information out anywhere - and i dont know why yet - but its extremely frustrating to discover after the best part of £1000 installation and the app (HIVE) not being clear on why it wont connect to it. You discover this when you complain to HIVE.
Very frustrating - this isn't an electrical online - this is either a Sync charger manufacturer problem i need to talk to - HIVE marketing - or a collection of all things together.
But other than that, if you are just buying this to charge your car... it's brilliant.”
