“It’s a great machine, very easy to set up. It’s very efficient at getting the room cold and fast. It’s an added bonus that it’s on wheels and very easy to wheel from room to room, but it’s very heavy if you’re trying to lift it to a different floor. The only thing is it’s a bit noisy for my line of work and also at night, but if you enjoy white noise then it works. I’m really pleased with this machine and if it was in stock, I’d get another.”
“Ok but useless short hose which is no where long enough to reach window sill never mind connect to window kit and my windows are average room height! I can only use through an open door, it does work if you can cover opening , I cover mine with a blackout curtain and it does cool but I would certainly not recommend it . Thought I could buy an extension hose but rang delonghi and was told it couldn't be done as would damage the unit. Not impressed with it as I would like to use it in bedrooms but no way would it reach any normal window height!. I would not buy again, an expensive mistake.”

I apologise for the issue with the hose. With regards to this, you can purchase a third party hose from elsewhere, however as you state the manufacturer do not recommend it and it may void warranty.

Apologies about the hose length, you are right it is a little short but sadly the manufacturer does not offer an extension. There are third party extensions available on other stores online just for your information as this may help you.
