“I have just tried the first month and has been an absolute game changer for my gut and my general health. I before was on seed probiotics which did wonders for me to but maybe to harsh the different strains for my ibs. I have noticed better digestion, less gas, regularity and more energy. I have just put my mum on them as she has the same struggles so hoping it will do the same for her! Would highly recommend even with the high price!!”

“I am one month in so far and I have to say I notified a difference in bloating from day 1 - am yet to have a day where i balloon despite eating curries, pizza and my other trigger foods so something must be going right! Otherwise I would say my skin is breaking out around my chin since starting but I’ve heard that’s normal with a pro biotic at first? Will update my review in another month or so to see if that calms down.”
