“I’ve been using epetōme for a few months now and found the tablet itself to be amazing.
Although the customer service has been non existent. I contacted epetōme’s customer service via email as Royal Mail hadn’t delivered my package (about 4 weeks ago) and still no one has got back to me. I then resent the email and still no one has got back to me. It’s quite frustrating.”
