It’s great to know that the initial bloating has lessened over time, when you start taking synbiotics, your gut goes through some changes as the new good bacteria work with prebiotics to balance things out. This adjustment period can take between 1 to 4 weeks and might cause bloating, gas, nausea, or discomfort. This happens because your body is getting used to the probiotics, which help push out unhelpful bacteria or yeast, while the prebiotics feed the good bacteria.
Sometimes, this process can cause what's called a "die-off" reaction. This means that when the unwanted bacteria or yeast start breaking down, they release toxins that can temporarily upset your stomach and cause bloating or gas.

“I’ve been using it for 2-3weeks and I am about to buy the three month supply. I wasn’t too worried about my digestive health and follow a very healthy diet and lifestyle, but I do suffer with occasional bloating and go through phases of it feeling like my constant state!

“I’ve been using Epetome for 3 weeks now, but started noticing a positive difference within 4 days.
