“Iv been taking these for just over 4 weeks and they are a game changer! Iv tried all sorts of diets in the past Inc FODMAP, low carb, vegan with no luck. My pain is slim to none since I introduced these. I used to get pain and bloat daily, but it’s been at least 3 weeks since I had any at all. My skin is also loads better. Iv not had a flair up (IBS ? Colitis) and I think I’m absorbing lactose as I’m having zero pain with food that would normally upset me a little. These really are brilliant”
