“I started using Epetome after alot of research and I also use alot of Emily English recipes. I am 3 weels in and will be honest that it has been a struggle to stick with it but I am glad I have. I class myself as very fit and healthy and yet the synbiotic duo cap have a profound effect on me, making me more bloated, cramps, changes to stools and very windy for at least 10 days. Some days I was very ready to stop but kept thinking that surely this discomfort must be doing some good. I am still early days, but the last few days have been so much better, I feel good, tummy has calmed down and bloating reduced, although I still think I am a tiny bit bloated. I feel full of energy and my hair is so much better which is an added bonus!
So in summary, if you decide to start the journey, be prepared for a bit of discomfort first. I am sure that this doesn't apply to everyone but I would have liked to be more prepared. I will be ordering more, so thats the best review!”
