I started reading reviews of Epetome after following Emily on Instagram for recipe inspo. After reading Trustpilot reviews I decided to try a trial pack before considering committing to a subscription. After an initial few days of nausea then constipation, I’ve been blown away by the results. Having suffered with IBS for almost thirty years and having to eat a fairly limited FODMAP based diet, I still suffer with intense bloating, cramps and wind after the majority of meals, diarrhoea or upset stomach most days, and struggle to digest meals which generally leave me feeling lethargic and with a stomach that is distended and swollen like a balloon the majority of the time. After the initial adjustment period, I now have regular smooth bowel movements, I am no longer bloated after meals and yesterday I ate cooked onions with no repercussions (something that has been off limit for a long time). On top of this my hair and skin is glowing, a persistent patch of dermatitis has almost disappeared and my usually brittle nails are stronger than they’ve ever been. Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve been using the product for three weeks now and haven’t noticed a difference at all. It’s a shame I was hoping these would be the tablets to solve my issues. I’m in pain most days with digestive issues and these haven’t made a difference yet.

I have had some digestive system issues over the last 12/18 months and taking Epetome on a daily basis for a month has certainly helped to improve my overall gut health. I intend to make it part of my health management regime going forward.

I’ve tried many different products to see if anything would help with my bloating and digestive issues. I have sarcoidosis and other autoimmune diseases. I’ve had no problems taking it. No side effects at all. After about 3 weeks the bloating seems a lot less. I’m going to continue to see how things progress.

I have been using epetome for about 3 weeks and I think it does really work. Bloating is improved and I am more regular. I saw improvement quite quickly. I will continue to take it.

I’ve been using epetōme for a few months now and found the tablet itself to be amazing. Although the customer service has been non existent. I contacted epetōme’s customer service via email as Royal Mail hadn’t delivered my package (about 4 weeks ago) and still no one has got back to me. I then resent the email and still no one has got back to me. It’s quite frustrating.
