One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is a significant reduction in bloating, which was a daily issue for me before starting this. I also feel a subtle boost in energy—nothing drastic, but I’ve felt a bit more clear-headed and less sluggish in the mornings since I started taking it. It’s hard to say for sure if that’s entirely due to the probiotic, but it’s a welcome change. “A very long review but hopefully it helps other people with really useless digestive systems like mine. I am very nervous about taking supplements and haven't taken any before these, mainly because I am dancing with the devil if I try anything new and was dreading any side effects. I don't have a gallbladder (2 years post op) and I have suffered with IBS for over 25 years. I have had every test imaginable. My digestive system is basically pretty rubbish. Swings from IBS D to IBS C from one week to the next. Always nervous about long journeys, days out and nights out, as my gut always likes to surprise me. These were sat on my bedside cabinet for a week before I plucked up the courage to take one. I made sure my work schedule meant that I was at home every day during my first week trial...just incase. I am nearly at the end of my first month now and without tempting fate, I have started to notice a difference. Side effects for me, have been mild, so far, more constipated than the dreaded D, which i was surprised about as I thought it would be the other way around! Ever so slightly nauseous, but not every day. I have definitely noticed less bloating and cramping, plus a little less windy haha. I want a bathroom routine that is predictable and slowly but surely I am kind of getting there, I'm sure it will always be an issue but hoping it will become less of one. My consultant said any kind of supplement takes at least 3 months to show any benefits, so I am going to order 2 more pots and make an informed decision after my 3 months is up and write another review.”
