“Really simple returns process with DPD. The collection was scheduled for a time when I wasn’t home, I checked with Nuria in Faerly to see if DPD can collect the gas canisters from a ‘safe location’ at home & she confirmed this was possible once she heard back my DPD. So you don’t even need to be home for the collection. Really simple returns process.”
