“I was a little unsure about this service as I’m still struggling with something similar from a different company (not C02 bottles). It’s so easy to organise. Faerly do it all for you once you order the pick up and the courier came when he was expected. Great service. Thanks.”

“I used the CO2 cylinder exchange. The booking for the pickup couldn’t have been easier. DPD picked them up at my door. Once the returns were processed I immediately got an email voucher code to apply to my next CO2 purchase.”

“Easy return, always get at least 24 hours notice. When I missed the collection, they rescheduled with no charge which was amazing! I like that it can be anonymous by just putting the order number on the return label.”

“Really great service, thanks for the addition of the recycling of the cylinders. Not a point for you but I would have expected that DPD would offer a discount / free if you left them at their pickup point, as its the same price as when they collect them I opt for the home collection.”
