“DREADFUL COMPANY.
On first usage the oven tripped the RCCB and plunged the house into darkness. Had it PAT tested and it failed insulation - dangerous, do not use.
Now they're asking for a video of the fault - either deliberately or stupidly way off the mark of legally acceptable customer service.”
