“Appalling customer service, no help at all. No one answers phone calls and when I did receive a reply to my message it was a one line response, no greeting and dreadful spelling. Really don't bother. Our cooker hasn't lasted a year with occasional use!”

“Lovely oven, but didn’t fit so tried to send it back and they try and fleece you.
£69.99 for return, plus 20% restocking fee and a box fee.
I literally opened the cooker, tried to put it in and then repackaged it.
They would have charged me over £100 to return it, when the cooker only cost £185. Disgusting. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.”

“They have delivery a faulty oven. Only 1 ring working and chipped area on the top. No communication. I have called emailed and WhatsApp. I only wanted an exchange oven not refund but not getting any communication is terrible. I want someone to come back to me this week. It’s order oven 20280. “I bought the stainless steel version of this cooker, F6TX04EF-IN. Delivery was prompt and communication excellent. At this price point it cannot be beaten, storage space below the oven, an oven timer, choice of oven heating, all things you usually have to pay a premium for. As for the ovens performance, I cook 4 X 1kg loaves once a week and with other ovens I've found I had to shuffle the tins mid-baking to make sure the heating was even, but with this cooker theres no need. So over all I'm more than happy.”

“This is the 2nd Ferre range stove l have purchased, the 1st one was a beautiful cream duel fuel for my kitchen, the 2nd one is a Matt black gas one for my outdoor kitchen, what l love about Ferre range stoves is the oven capacity you can fit so much more in the oven, and the convenience of changing them from natural gas to LPG, they provide all the necessary little pieces to do it.”

“Ordered, was not notified that it would be a 3 week delivery timeframe. Communication with customer serves not particularly great. Delivery company was good.
Some very sharp edges of metal on the lower door frame and sliced fingers. Need to file metal edge to prevent further injuries. Needless stickers on the front of the glass door - thought they would be easy peel ones but these took ages to peel off and left a lot of sticker residue - another hour wasted trying to clean it.
Actual cooker seems ok. Only purchased as needed one able to run from calor gas bottles otherwise would definitely purchase something else from somewhere else!!”

“I’ve had my range cooker for 10 months now and it’s had nothing but problems. The quality is VERY poor. The first issue the hob melted. They sent out a part which my son had to fit. The oven knobs persistently fall off as the screws do not stay tight. The bottom flap has fallen off as seen in the attached picture. And worst of all only half the oven heats. The company only offer to send parts out which is completely unacceptable as neither I or my family are appliance engineers. The company are very unresponsive on WhatsApp, I’m now having to go through action fraud to get it sorted. Avoid.”
