“Never got my order in the end as i asked for a refund
I paid for next day delivery but never turned up the next day and trying to contact ferre is a joke they told me it was out for delivery that day but then refunded me but surley if it was out for delivery they wouldnt be able to cancel it but they did then i had to wait 6 days for my refund to go into my bank i will never use ferre again they lie and then say i was harrassing them after spending my well earned money with them there a joke”
“Faulty appliance, not fit for purpose. Little or no response from their appalling customer service after months of trying to contact Ferre for a replacement and now refund.
Would definately NOT reccomend Ferre UK ltd”

“Bought a mini oven and it was defective. On reporting the fault to Ferre they immediately gave me a refund. I was so impressed with the customer service that I bought another one ( works perfectly). Both arrived 48 hrs after ordering. Service second to none. Definitely recommend this company.”
