“Lovely oven, but didn’t fit so tried to send it back and they try and fleece you.
£69.99 for return, plus 20% restocking fee and a box fee.
I literally opened the cooker, tried to put it in and then repackaged it.

“They have delivery a faulty oven. Only 1 ring working and chipped area on the top. No communication. I have called emailed and WhatsApp. I only wanted an exchange oven not refund but not getting any communication is terrible. I want someone to come back to me this week. It’s order oven 20280. “I’ve had my range cooker for 10 months now and it’s had nothing but problems. The quality is VERY poor. The first issue the hob melted. They sent out a part which my son had to fit. The oven knobs persistently fall off as the screws do not stay tight. The bottom flap has fallen off as seen in the attached picture. And worst of all only half the oven heats. The company only offer to send parts out which is completely unacceptable as neither I or my family are appliance engineers. The company are very unresponsive on WhatsApp, I’m now having to go through action fraud to get it sorted. Avoid.”

“I purchased a gas oven, hob and extractor from Ferre. The quality of which is awful. The hob stopped working after 3 days, a replacement was sent. However, the £70 cost of having this refitted was not reimbursed. The replacement hob is also faulty one of the gas rings is twisted. Do not buy Ferre it is substandard, sorry didnt pay just a little bit more and get a decent make. Think i will be replacing them soon anyway because they will not last.”

“Never got my order in the end as i asked for a refund
I paid for next day delivery but never turned up the next day and trying to contact ferre is a joke they told me it was out for delivery that day but then refunded me but surley if it was out for delivery they wouldnt be able to cancel it but they did then i had to wait 6 days for my refund to go into my bank i will never use ferre again they lie and then say i was harrassing them after spending my well earned money with them there a joke”

“First time I switched it on following the instructions it blew the fuse and my main fuse box tripped 3 days before xmas I wasted £75on this junk and wont be buying anything from them again also the supplied lead is too short by a foot to reach the wall socket &the fuse rating for the connected plug is 15A but after it blew I discovered it had a 13A fuse fitted and no plastic caps were fitted to the plug I suspect I've been sold a "refurbished" item sold to me as brand new I'm very upset and angry”

If a fuse or consumer unit trips upon first use, this usually indicates an issue with the household electrical installation, socket, or circuit, rather than a fault with the appliance itself. For safety reasons, we always recommend that customers consult a qualified electrician to check their home supply in such cases.
Regarding your concern about the product condition, we can confirm that we do not sell refurbished items as new. All units are supplied brand new and quality-checked before dispatch.

“Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered an item, it was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification along with a photo. The photo clearly shows a property that is not mine.
I contacted the courier, who confirmed they delivered the parcel to the address printed on the label supplied by the company. They also told me they can’t disclose the address due to GDPR. I then went back to the supplier, who insisted the address was correct. The result has been nothing but a loop of “speak to them, not us,” while I sit here with no item.
My request was simple: for the supplier to speak with their courier and resolve the issue on my behalf. Instead, I’ve been left without the product I paid for, and with no sign of a replacement or any meaningful support.
Deeply disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.”
