“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £14.99 for next-day delivery, placed my order, and expected the service I paid for. The item did not arrive the next day, even though the company claimed it had been dispatched.
Because of this delay, I had to book an engineer and pay for an appointment that was completely wasted. I then had to book another engineer for the following day, causing even more inconvenience and extra cost.
To make matters worse, I later received a message saying the parcel would actually arrive two days after ordering, not next day as advertised. If they cannot provide next-day delivery, they should not offer it or charge customers extra for it.
Overall, very poor service, misleading delivery promises, and no consideration for the customer’s time or costs. I would not recommend based on this experience.”

“AVOID!! don’t trust this company what so ever! I purchased a hob 2 weeks ago, I the got sent tracking from parcelforce, who told me it on a 48hr delivery. Still to this day it hasn’t arrived. They don’t reply to any email, WhatsApp or phone call……the 1 email they did reply to..they told me to drive to parcelforce hub over 100 miles away and collect it! Yeah right!! Then told me I need to contact parcel force myself as they wouldn’t, after 2 hours on the phone to parcelforce, they informed me when they went to collect the hob, they didn’t even hand it over to them, so still to this day it hasn’t left there warehouse and I’m still £130 out of pocket! DO NOT TEUST THESE!!”

“No stars. Ordered a dual fuel cooker and was sent gas one, labelled as dual fuel on packaging ( so I had no reason to suspect it was wrong until I unpacked it) No apology or compensation for the fact I have been unable to cook for days whilst I tried to resolve this with them, and they would not refund me until they collected it. Appalling customer service, do not use this company.”

“Avoid at all costs I order oven and hob I wanted to return the hob in the same week of delivery unopened and was told a £50 charge would be given too me which I think is absolutely shocking also customer service is shocking happy to take money but not to help after sale AVOID AVOID AVOID”
