The men bought the cooker in and put it in my front room upside down, I am 85 years old, and I really strugeled to get it up the right way.

Delivery was good but after unpacking found one of the feet would not fit without being forced. The front door would not close as the window was stuck at an angle. This took a while to be forced and give a fit. The whole oven sits on three feet only as if the frame is twisted. Heat is good and other controls are OK.

The company has asked me to revize the review i gave: below: but do not show me their response to what i would think is an objective and fair review. Firstly, a five point rating does not give enough leeway for a nuanced review: since, in my view, a 10 point rating is hypothetical perfection, i would never, ever give a 10 (or a 5), that is out. A 9 (impossible with a 5 star system) is very, very unlikely. A really nice purchase, good value, speedy delivery, no unexpected minor snags, and a couple of nice surprises might get an 8. Usually, if i'm pleased i'd give a 7 (again impossible with a 5 point system). So i'm reflective and think if my objective view might help other purchasers; and there's the rub: subjective reviews don't actually mean very much: some people are flightier, others more likely to think deeply about their review. But since FERRE are reading this, please send me acopy of your response to my original review LP A budget range cooker: probably worth the money: it arrvied as expected, and the company did go out of their way to try and communicate: i live in a remote village without signal, and no internet, but they got it to me as promised. I had to convert to bottle gas (LPG). The jets were supplied - all worked to plan. The wire for electric was too short, and as i had to get the back off to do the oven jets, i fitted a longer cable. ??Why does a gas cooker need an electric supply: I foresee being in the middle of cooking an important dinner, and the electric going off (tiny remote village . . . ) and the bloody oven turning off - absolutely stupid: will have to see if i can over-ride that.. After the conversion, it all works, so no complaints there. My last cooker/oven was 50 years old, so i won't be able to confirm (in 50 years . . !) if this one was as long lived. Let's hope it lasts me out, eh. toodle pip lp

A really reasonably priced, good looking appliance- only wish I could contact the company to resolve issue of broken clock/timer. Missing rack is being posted but lack of response to numerous emails/whatsapp messages regarding clock is concerning as I am used to using a timer and the unit is sealed so can't try to fix it myself. Instructions were poorly written

As a 77 year old customer i was really disappointed with the delivery of my new gas cooker, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday 20th but didn't they wouldn't deliver on the 21st either, the engineer was supposed to fit and set up cooker still had to be paid 😡. My cooker arrived on Monday 24th . The two delivery men brought it into my house then left, leaving me to unwrap the cooker and packaging and then wait until I can rebook engineer. So for 5 days we have not had any means to cook as the old cooker was removed to facitate the space for the new one. I will certainly give you a review of your cooker when I eventually get to use it, and as of now I don't think it will be positive

Hello Fred, we are very sorry for the bad experience. Our delivery time is between 3-5 days and we work with a seperate delivery company it's not the product itself. I'm sorry we receive the comments about delivery company not the product itself even thought it's a different company. I hope you will enjoy your time cooking with Ferre products. Write to us from here when you make a meal for the first time! We would love to see if you. like it!

I was disappointed with the cooker. I ordered a silver one, but it was more a bronze colour. The oven set up is very strange seems to have a bottom and top grill as oppose to double ovens. It seems to work fine and for the price it is ok

This definitely would be 5 star Only for one of the items is damaged and for some reason someone thought that offering 20% off Is ok to put a damaged item in a kitchen for everyone to is acceptable plus it’s taken ages for someone to accept that I won’t a refund the other item is perfectly fine but still waiting for the refund
