“Hello! I received the stove. But upon inspection, I discovered that a lot of screws were missing. Where there should be 6 screws, there are only 2. Where there should be 4, there are 2. The bottom door would quickly come off. So I can only give it a 4.”

“Recived ok 5 burner gas hob. The packaging was very poor with the cast iron pan rest's floating about lucky that the glass was not broken.
The hob comes with LPG conversion kit but was advised to purchased one so waiting for refund if it comes.
The hob looks very good and you can not tell it from an expensive one.”

“Very poor customer service a paid for next day delivery a didn’t receive my order till 3 days after the order when you rang the customer service no one would answer”

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that when you order on Friday, the next working day is Monday for the delivery companies. We deliver the item to the delivery company but they deliver it to you on their working days. The deliveries doesn't work on weekends.

“I purchased a gas oven, hob and extractor from Ferre. The quality of which is awful. The hob stopped working after 3 days, a replacement was sent. However, the £70 cost of having this refitted was not reimbursed. The replacement hob is also faulty one of the gas rings is twisted. Do not buy Ferre it is substandard, sorry didnt pay just a little bit more and get a decent make. Think i will be replacing them soon anyway because they will not last.”

“Never got my order in the end as i asked for a refund
I paid for next day delivery but never turned up the next day and trying to contact ferre is a joke they told me it was out for delivery that day but then refunded me but surley if it was out for delivery they wouldnt be able to cancel it but they did then i had to wait 6 days for my refund to go into my bank i will never use ferre again they lie and then say i was harrassing them after spending my well earned money with them there a joke”
