“I have had a terrible experience with my ferre oven. It arrived damaged, it kept shorting out my whole flat ever time I plugged it in. I would not recommend this product, customer service is good, they offered a full refund, am still waiting for it to be processed. It has been two weeks so expect it any day now.”

“I was concerned by lack of real reviews and some not being very complimentary in regards to damaged paintwork, but I have had a great experience. Cooker was delivered rapidly and with good communication.
Registered fitter explained it was compatible to fit in UK and there were no issues.

“Good day! What should I do if the machine I received (grill oven) is not working? It blows the fuse after about 10 seconds. The previous grill oven was also a 1600 W machine. That worked.”

“First time I switched it on following the instructions it blew the fuse and my main fuse box tripped 3 days before xmas I wasted Ā£75on this junk and wont be buying anything from them again also the supplied lead is too short by a foot to reach the wall socket &the fuse rating for the connected plug is 15A but after it blew I discovered it had a 13A fuse fitted and no plastic caps were fitted to the plug I suspect I've been sold a "refurbished" item sold to me as brand new I'm very upset and angry”
