“As a 77 year old customer i was really disappointed with the delivery of my new gas cooker, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday 20th but didn't they wouldn't deliver on the 21st either, the engineer was supposed to fit and set up cooker still had to be paid 😡. My cooker arrived on Monday 24th . The two delivery men brought it into my house then left, leaving me to unwrap the cooker and packaging and then wait until I can rebook engineer. So for 5 days we have not had any means to cook as the old cooker was removed to facitate the space for the new one. I will certainly give you a review of your cooker when I eventually get to use it, and as of now I don't think it will be positive”
Hello Fred, we are very sorry for the bad experience. Our delivery time is between 3-5 days and we work with a seperate delivery company it's not the product itself. I'm sorry we receive the comments about delivery company not the product itself even thought it's a different company. I hope you will enjoy your time cooking with Ferre products. “I was disappointed with the cooker. I ordered a silver one, but it was more a bronze colour. The oven set up is very strange seems to have a bottom and top grill as oppose to double ovens. It seems to work fine and for the price it is ok”

“No stars. Ordered a dual fuel cooker and was sent gas one, labelled as dual fuel on packaging ( so I had no reason to suspect it was wrong until I unpacked it) No apology or compensation for the fact I have been unable to cook for days whilst I tried to resolve this with them, and they would not refund me until they collected it. Appalling customer service, do not use this company.”

Only for one of the items is damaged and for some reason someone thought that offering 20% off
Is ok to put a damaged item in a kitchen for everyone to is acceptable plus it’s taken ages for someone to accept that I won’t a refund the other item is perfectly fine but still waiting for the refund”

“Avoid at all costs I order oven and hob I wanted to return the hob in the same week of delivery unopened and was told a £50 charge would be given too me which I think is absolutely shocking also customer service is shocking happy to take money but not to help after sale AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“We purchased a gas glass hob. Delivery was prompt, the sale price very good, it was installed by a gas engineer who explained the features (safety cut off) . Once up and running excellent, it does what it says on the tin as per famous ad. Overall very pleased with the hob, does us perfectly for a large fraction of the price compared to other leading brands.”
