“The company has asked me to revize the review i gave: below: but do not show me their response to what i would think is an objective and fair review.
Firstly, a five point rating does not give enough leeway for a nuanced review: since, in my view, a 10 point rating is hypothetical perfection, i would never, ever give a 10 (or a 5), that is out. A 9 (impossible with a 5 star system) is very, very unlikely. A really nice purchase, good value, speedy delivery, no unexpected minor snags, and a couple of nice surprises might get an 8. Usually, if i'm pleased i'd give a 7 (again impossible with a 5 point system). So i'm reflective and think if my objective view might help other purchasers; and there's the rub: subjective reviews don't actually mean very much: some people are flightier, others more likely to think deeply about their review.
But since FERRE are reading this, please send me acopy of your response to my original review

A budget range cooker: probably worth the money: it arrvied as expected, and the company did go out of their way to try and communicate: i live in a remote village without signal, and no internet, but they got it to me as promised.
I had to convert to bottle gas (LPG). The jets were supplied - all worked to plan. The wire for electric was too short, and as i had to get the back off to do the oven jets, i fitted a longer cable. ??Why does a gas cooker need an electric supply: I foresee being in the middle of cooking an important dinner, and the electric going off (tiny remote village . . . ) and the bloody oven turning off - absolutely stupid: will have to see if i can over-ride that.. After the conversion, it all works, so no complaints there. My last cooker/oven was 50 years old, so i won't be able to confirm (in 50 years . . !) if this one was as long lived. Let's hope it lasts me out, eh.

“A really reasonably priced, good looking appliance- only wish I could contact the company to resolve issue of broken clock/timer.
Missing rack is being posted but lack of response to numerous emails/whatsapp messages regarding clock is concerning as I am used to using a timer and the unit is sealed so can't try to fix it myself.
Instructions were poorly written”

“Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered an item, it was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification along with a photo. The photo clearly shows a property that is not mine.
I contacted the courier, who confirmed they delivered the parcel to the address printed on the label supplied by the company. They also told me they can’t disclose the address due to GDPR. I then went back to the supplier, who insisted the address was correct. The result has been nothing but a loop of “speak to them, not us,” while I sit here with no item.
My request was simple: for the supplier to speak with their courier and resolve the issue on my behalf. Instead, I’ve been left without the product I paid for, and with no sign of a replacement or any meaningful support.
Deeply disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.”

We work with a big delivery company and we don't have access to change the address once they receive the product from us and deliver to the address provided. “Lovely little oven works very well indeed. Only one point to make is that I had to chase up the delivery for my order as I paid extra delivery charge and had not come within the timeline. That was resolved quickly once I contacted them.”

“Very please so far with my cooker hood , it’s quiet and the LED lights are good , it was easy to install, I just wish it came with the filters as standard . Had to order these separately and the seem to take a while to come .”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £14.99 for next-day delivery, placed my order, and expected the service I paid for. The item did not arrive the next day, even though the company claimed it had been dispatched.
Because of this delay, I had to book an engineer and pay for an appointment that was completely wasted. I then had to book another engineer for the following day, causing even more inconvenience and extra cost.
To make matters worse, I later received a message saying the parcel would actually arrive two days after ordering, not next day as advertised. If they cannot provide next-day delivery, they should not offer it or charge customers extra for it.
Overall, very poor service, misleading delivery promises, and no consideration for the customer’s time or costs. I would not recommend based on this experience.”

“AVOID!! don’t trust this company what so ever! I purchased a hob 2 weeks ago, I the got sent tracking from parcelforce, who told me it on a 48hr delivery. Still to this day it hasn’t arrived. They don’t reply to any email, WhatsApp or phone call……the 1 email they did reply to..they told me to drive to parcelforce hub over 100 miles away and collect it! Yeah right!! Then told me I need to contact parcel force myself as they wouldn’t, after 2 hours on the phone to parcelforce, they informed me when they went to collect the hob, they didn’t even hand it over to them, so still to this day it hasn’t left there warehouse and I’m still £130 out of pocket! DO NOT TEUST THESE!!”
