Easy to swallow no side effects. I like the container that these capsules come in. It seems to be a red firm plastic material with a sfety lock. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and a recommended dose is 2 capsul8e it is one months supply. Hey are small jelly like capsules and easy to sway. My husband and I have taken omega 3 for some time an have no side effects

Easy to swallow. These small tablets are easy to swallow but the recommended dose is two tablets a day. They don't really taste or smell of anything. The bottle was secure.

First Class Omega 3. This Plant Based Omega-3 is rather good. Vegan and ironically better than the Cod Liver Oil option you get a One month supply in this handy tub. There is no after taste or the dreaded 'burp' repeat that you get with Cod Liver pil too. The quality is excellent, the potency great. Recommended.

As advertised. These are smaller Omega-3 capsules - a recommended dose is two per day - and the size makes them very easy to swallow. This is a good supplement to have for joint and brain health, particularly if you don't get a lot of natural sources like oily fish or walnuts in your diet.

Nice product. These are easy to swallow and I like the fact that they are vegan. They are more expensive that I would normally pay, but I'm pleased with them.

A few improvements required but excellent capsules. This bottle of vegan omega-3 supplement is heavily branded by the company and the charitable work they do. The box and bottle are high end quality, opening it is almost theatrical….even when you take the bottle out there is text underneath. The capsules look like regular fish oil capsules you wouldn’t really be able to tell the difference. You take two they aren’t too big and are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. My problem with all of this is yes it’s great they do charitable work BUT I’m interested in the supplement. How do I take it? Do I take the tablets separately? Morning or evening? With a meal? On an empty stomach? It’s like this information isn’t as important. I think on the box talk about the charity but on the bottle talk about the supplement. That would be my improvement to this product. At £14.99 (Oct ‘21) this is expensive for one months supply. That’s nearly £180 per year just for this supplement. Maybe do a bottle with 3 months supply to bring the overall cost down a little. Overall I’ve found this a high quality supplement that is well made but I think it could be supplied with better information and be better value for money.

It is great that this is a plant based vegan supplement. You get 60 capsules in the container and if you stick to the recommended dosage of two daily they will last you one month. The capsules are the typical shape and size of an omega styled supplement and they found them easy enough to swallow. You get a long expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of ordering so there is plenty of time to use these. I had to round £15 these aren’t too badly priced and I don’t mind paying a slight premium for a vegan product. I am really happy with these.

Seem to have some effect. I’ve never taken tablets like this before, but I’ve been having some pain in my shoulder and knee area for a while now and wondered if this would have any effect and in all honesty I believe it is helping. I have not been taking the recommended 2 tablets a day as I’d never taken them before and was unsure if they would be OK. But next month I’m definitely going to try two a day to see if there’s any difference. They are easy to swallow and the fact that they are suitable for vegans is a plus in my book. The pain in my shoulder seems to have subsided a bit and some of the pain in my knee is easing. I do a lot of cycling so I guess my pains stem from this activity, but if this can help me continue cycling then they are worth the money they are asking for them. Overall they are quite expensive if you’ve got to have one tub of these a month but what price do you put on your health and ability to keep up with the young ones?
